Thriving Colibri — AI Training for Marketing Teams
AI Training for Marketing Teams

Your team has
heard of AI.
Now make it work.

Practical training that moves marketing teams from experimenting to executing — built around your workflows, not a demo environment.

Book a Free Discovery Call I’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit before you commit to anything.
Does this sound familiar?

The Problem.

You rolled out AI tools months ago. Adoption rate? 8%. Or worse — you haven’t started whilst competitors save 10+ hours a week.

Fall behind now, and catching up in 12 months costs significantly more in budget, time, and the talent who’ll leave for agencies operating like it’s 2019.

  • You need to prove ROI, but you’re scrambling for evidence that this AI thing actually works.
  • Your team resists — “AI doesn’t understand our processes.” “I hate AI.” “It’s complex.” “No time to learn.”
  • You and your team are drowning in proposals, reports, and content briefs.
  • You’re burning budget on tools no one uses.
  • You’ve done the webinars and courses, but there’s still a canyon between “AI can do amazing things” and “AI doing things for my business.”
AI Training That Actually Sticks

The Solution.

Most AI training dumps theory on your team and disappears. My training gets your team actually using AI — because I focus on adoption, not inspiration.

What this looks like in practice

01

Context engineering, not just prompting

Everyone teaches prompting. But prompting alone is why your team gets generic, inconsistent output. Context engineering teaches your team how to feed AI the right information so it produces work that sounds like your business and holds up under real pressure.

02

Workflows built around your actual time-drains

I don’t bring a generic curriculum. In discovery, we identify where your team is losing the most time — proposals, reports, content briefs, research — and build workflows around those specific problems.

03

Strategies that turn sceptics into daily users

“I hate AI.” “It’s too complex.” Getting buy-in from resistant team members isn’t a soft problem — it’s the reason most AI rollouts fail. I’ll show you how to make AI the obvious choice rather than one more thing to manage.

04

Simple tracking to prove ROI

When someone asks what the training delivered, you’ll have the answer. I’ll show you how to measure time saved, tasks eliminated, and processes streamlined — so the evidence is clear whether you’re reporting to leadership or justifying the next phase.

05

Hands-on practice, not theory

Your team builds real workflows during the sessions, in their actual tools, against their actual work. Nothing requires a clean environment that doesn’t exist in real life. You leave with something that works under real pressure.

From First Call to Lasting Adoption

How It Works.

Every programme starts with understanding your situation. The format, sessions, and sequencing are built around what comes out of that — not a fixed curriculum dropped on your team regardless of where they are.

01
Diagnose

Diagnose

A free discovery call plus a short needs assessment. We identify your biggest time-drains, your team’s current AI comfort level, and where the fastest wins are. You’ll get an honest view of what’s possible before committing to anything.

02
Design

Design

I build a training programme around your specific workflows, team, and goals. The sessions, format, and sequencing are shaped entirely by what came out of discovery — not a generic curriculum that ignores your reality.

03
Deliver

Deliver

Hands-on sessions where your team builds real workflows in their actual tools. No demos of things that won’t work on Monday. Every session is practical, pressure-tested, and immediately usable.

04
Embed

Embed

Ongoing support to make sure adoption actually happens. Check-ins, troubleshooting, and refinement as your team starts using AI in the real world. This is where most training fails. It’s where we don’t.

Is This For You?

Who This Is For.

This is for you if
  • Your team knows AI matters but can’t make it work consistently
  • You need to prove that your investment in AI tools was worth it
  • Adoption has been low and you’re not sure why
  • Your team is buried in repetitive work — proposals, reports, content briefs, research
  • You want your team building real workflows, not sitting through another demo
  • You’re ready to commit to the process, not just the session
This isn’t for you if
  • You want a box-ticking exercise rather than genuine behaviour change
  • Your team won’t be given time or space to practise what they learn
  • You expect results without any internal commitment to follow through
Tamas Mihaly — AI Trainer

Meet Your Trainer.

Hi, I’m Tamas Mihaly — founder of Thriving Colibri and your AI trainer for marketing teams. I’m obsessed with efficiency, so when ChatGPT launched in late 2022 I knew immediately this technology was for me. I spent thousands of hours learning by doing. Yes, including weekends — some people thought I was mad.

I’ve been on both sides of AI adoption. I led AI implementation at a digital marketing agency — I know exactly why adoption fails. The resistance, the objections, the gap between theory and actually getting your team to use it. Eventually the gap between where I wanted to take AI and what the environment would allow became too wide. So I left to do it properly, on my own terms.

I’m not a data scientist or an AI theorist. I learned AI as a marketer, which is exactly why I can explain it in plain English and show you what actually works in real marketing teams. I’m a practitioner who has lived both the chaos of agency AI adoption and the reality of using it to run actual businesses.

My obsession is adoption. Not inspiration.

What Clients Say

Real Results.

“I tried ChatGPT once, hated it, and gave up. Tamas showed me I was doing it completely wrong. The difference wasn’t the tool — it was understanding how to give it the right context. Now I use it every single day.”

Sarah M.
Head of Marketing · B2B Agency

“I didn’t realise how much time we were losing on proposals until we actually tracked it. We’ve gone from around six hours per proposal to under an hour. The training paid for itself in the first week.”

James R.
Managing Director · Digital Agency

“What made this different was that we built everything inside our actual tools, against our actual briefs. There was no moment of ‘yes but how does this apply to us.’ It already applied to us.”

Laura T.
Marketing Manager · In-house Team
Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions.

We’ve tried AI training before and it didn’t stick. How is this different?
+
Most AI training is built around inspiration — a session that feels useful on the day and fades within a week. The difference here is that adoption is the goal, not the afterthought. Every programme is built around your actual workflows, your team’s specific resistance points, and what needs to change for AI to become a daily habit rather than a forgotten experiment. The Embed phase exists specifically because this is where every other training falls down.
What if my team is sceptical about AI?
+
Scepticism is normal and honestly makes sense — most people have tried AI, got mediocre results, and concluded it isn’t worth the effort. That’s not a people problem, it’s a training problem. Getting resistant team members to genuinely change how they work is something I plan for from the start, not something I hope happens on its own.
Who is this training suitable for?
+
Marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams who are already aware of AI but haven’t built consistent, reliable workflows around it. You don’t need any technical background — if your team can use email, they can do this.
How much technical knowledge is required?
+
None. This training is designed for marketers, not developers. The focus is on practical application inside the tools your team already uses — not on understanding how AI works under the hood.
Which AI tools do you teach?
+
The training is tool-agnostic and built around your team’s existing setup. That said, I work primarily with Claude and ChatGPT for text-based workflows, and bring in other tools where they solve a specific problem your team has. The focus is always on the workflow, not the tool.
How do we measure the ROI of AI training?
+
We build simple tracking into the programme from the start — time saved per task, processes eliminated, output quality improvements. By the end you’ll have clear evidence of what changed, not just a feeling that something was useful.
What format does the training take, and how long does it run?
+
Every programme is customised based on what came out of discovery. Some teams need a single focused session. Others need a phased programme across several weeks. Remote and in-person are both available. We agree the format before anything is confirmed.
Will this training stay relevant as AI evolves?
+
Yes — because the foundation isn’t tool-specific. Context engineering, workflow thinking, and adoption strategy don’t become obsolete when a new model drops. The specific tools and techniques evolve, but the thinking framework your team builds will hold regardless of what changes in the market.
