AI-native marketing that gets real work done, faster
Made with AI, shaped and owned by me, so the work’s faster and fairly priced.
AI marketing is using AI to run your marketing: the content, creative, campaigns, research and reporting. Done well, AI handles the production so the work is faster and more affordable, while the strategy and the decisions stay with a person. With me, AI is how the work gets done, end to end.
You’ve probably been told a hundred times that AI will make your marketing faster and cheaper, without anyone showing you what that actually looks like for your business. And you’re right to be wary, because “AI” gets slapped on everything now. What you care about is simple: that the work is good, fast and fairly priced, whatever tools sit behind it.
I’m Tamas. AI is genuinely how I work day to day, and I use it to do better work quicker, then make the judgement calls myself. Here’s the concrete version: what AI actually does, and what stays with me.
Is AI marketing just ChatGPT writing my posts?
This is the fear, so let me answer it straight away.
When people hear “AI marketing,” they often picture ChatGPT firing out generic posts on autopilot. That hands-off version is the one worth being wary of. What I do is use AI to handle the production, the research, the first drafts, the creative, the repetitive campaign work, so it’s faster and more affordable. The strategy, the message, what’s good enough to ship and what’s actually worth doing, those are mine. The result is better work delivered quicker, with a person accountable for it.
What AI-native marketing actually does
Here’s the concrete version, so “AI-native” means something real to you.
Creative and copy built from real customer pain points. This is the part that matters most. AI can work through a huge amount of data about your business and your market, the macro picture and the day-to-day detail, and surface what your customers actually struggle with. The creative and content are then built to speak straight to those pain points. There’s a whole system behind this that I’ve tested and refined over months, so what comes out genuinely connects with your customers, a long way from getting a tool to spit out generic ad copy.
AI creative: image and video. I produce image and video creative with AI, made to your brand and tested at volume to find what works. This is the capability that’s genuinely new, and it’s where a lot of the speed and cost saving shows up: more creative, on brand, far faster than the traditional route.
Content and copy at scale. AI helps produce more content and copy, faster, so you can keep up a steady presence without it eating your week. The deeper content strategy and SEO craft lives on the content marketing page. Here it’s the speed capability.
AI-native campaign workflows. AI runs through campaign planning, and I use scripts and automations to handle monitoring, budget pacing and the repetitive work across the funnel, so things get caught and managed quickly.
Research, data and reporting. AI speeds up market and competitor research, data analysis and reporting, so decisions are better informed and you get a faster, clearer read on what’s working.
AI is also changing how search works, with answers appearing inside ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews. That’s its own job, covered on the AI search optimisation page.

See the approach →AI as the way the work happens
Most providers added an AI tool on top of an old way of working. For me, AI is how the work happens from end to end, which is where the speed and the fair pricing genuinely come from. It’s the operating model, and the capabilities above are what that looks like in practice.
I get to see this from the inside, because I also train agencies and marketing teams on how to use AI. Plenty of them genuinely want to work this way and say they’re keeping up, and I understand why it’s hard to. When you’ve got a team of 15 or more people, getting everyone to actually change how they work is a big ask, and from experience it can take an established agency weeks or months to shift. Working AI-native as one person, I don’t carry that turning circle.
One person running all of it
Because the same person runs your content, creative, campaigns, research and reporting, with AI speeding it all up, it’s joined up and quick. You get an agency’s breadth at one person’s speed, all pointing the same way. For the full picture of how that delivery works, that’s the digital marketing services hub, and you can go straight to any single service like PPC, paid social or SEO.
A human owns the judgement
Every piece is shaped and checked by a marketer before it goes anywhere near your audience. AI can produce quickly, but it doesn’t know your business, your goals, or what counts as good enough to send. I do, and I’m the one accountable for the result.
Or train your team to work this way
Some businesses would rather build this capability in-house. If that’s you, I also teach teams and agencies how to work AI-native, which is the training and consultancy side. On this page, though, the job is doing it for you.

If AI runs through your marketing, it matters who’s steering it
I’m Tamas Mihaly, based in Bristol, UK. The most relevant thing I can tell you here: I headed up AI implementation at a marketing agency, getting a team working AI-native in their day-to-day. So this is grounded in real, hands-on experience under genuine pressure, getting a whole team to actually change how they work.
On top of that, over 10 years across agency work, freelance and running my own businesses, where AI-native is simply how I get marketing done, every day, with my own money on the line.
It’s also why I train marketing teams and agencies the very systems I use, and advise businesses on using AI to work leaner: the workflows, the automations, and the places it speeds things up and smooths out the rough edges. That’s a separate offer over on the AI side. I mention it only because teaching this while I’m doing it keeps me sharp.
What people ask about AI marketing
AI marketing is using AI to run your marketing across content, creative, campaigns, research and reporting. An AI-native marketer uses AI to produce and process all of that quickly and affordably, then applies the judgement a person needs to: the strategy, the message, and what’s actually worth doing. The point is better work delivered quicker, with someone accountable for the result.
