AI training and workshops for your team

Hands-on, built around your team’s real work, and supported until it sticks.

AI training for business is hands-on coaching that gets a team actually using AI in their day-to-day work. Good training is built around your team’s real workflows and tools, with support through to adoption so it sticks. The fundamentals carry across any team, and I run these AI workflows in live client delivery every day.

Most teams are somewhere in the awkward middle. People have been told to “use AI,” a few have dabbled, and the results have been patchy. Someone’s getting real value from it, someone else has written it off after one bad go, and most are quietly unsure what they’re supposed to be doing differently. So the tools sit there, half-used, and the promised time savings never quite show up.

I’m Tamas. I get teams past that, by training them on AI the way it actually works in real jobs: the thinking that makes the output good, the workflows that save real time, and the support to make the new habits stick. Plain English throughout. No technical background needed.

What good AI training actually does for a team

A lot of AI training is a one-off session that feels useful on the day and fades by the next week. The training I run is built to change how the team works for good, and it rests on three things:

The thinking, so the output is actually good. Most poor AI output comes from poor input. I teach your team to give AI the right context, so what comes back is usable and sounds like your business. This is the part that survives every model update.

Workflows around your real time-drains. We find where your team actually loses hours and build AI into those specific jobs, so the training pays back in time saved on real work.

Adoption, so it sticks. Getting people to genuinely change how they work is the hard part, and where most rollouts fail. It’s built into how I run this, with support that continues well after the sessions end.

Built for marketing teams especially

My deepest specialism is marketing teams and agencies. It’s where I’ve spent over a decade and where I run AI in live delivery every day. If that’s you, there’s a dedicated page that goes deep on the marketing workflows: AI training for marketing teams.

For other teams, the same foundations apply. Context engineering, workflow thinking and adoption aren’t marketing-specific, so the training transfers to any team doing knowledge work. We shape it around your jobs in the Diagnose stage, so it lands on your real work, using your own tasks as the examples.

How it works: a four-stage approach

Every programme starts by understanding your team, so the training fits where you actually are. Four stages.

1. Diagnose
2. Design
3. Deliver
4. Embed
  1. 1

    Diagnose

A discovery call and a short needs assessment: your team’s biggest time-drains, their current comfort with AI, and where the fastest wins are.

  2. 2

    Design

A programme built around your specific workflows, team and goals, shaped by what Diagnose surfaces.

  3. 3

    Deliver

Hands-on sessions where your team builds real workflows in their own tools, against their own work.

  4. 4

    Embed

Ongoing support so adoption actually happens: check-ins, troubleshooting and refinement. It’s the stage most training skips, and the one that keeps the capability alive past week two.

AI workshops for your team

The format flexes. Sometimes the right answer is a single focused workshop on one job that’s eating the team’s time. Sometimes it’s a phased programme of workshops and coaching over several weeks, with the Embed support alongside. Remote or in-person, both work.

We agree the shape, length and price up front, once Diagnose shows what your team needs. The problem with most off-the-shelf AI training is that everyone gets the same generic session, which is why so little of it sticks. Yours is built around your team and the jobs they actually do.

See where your team really sits with AI

Not sure whether you need a single workshop or a full programme? The AI readiness survey is a quick way to find out. A few questions about how your team works with AI today, and you get a scored snapshot back: where you stand, where the quick wins are, and what to tackle first. About three minutes, and the snapshot comes straight back.

Who you’d be working with

Who you’d be learning from

I’m Tamas Mihaly, based in Bristol, UK, and I work with teams wherever they are.

I headed up AI implementation at a marketing agency, getting the team to genuinely change how they work day to day. That’s the hard part of any rollout, and I’ve done it from the inside. I learned AI on the job, doing the work to real deadlines, which is why I can teach it in plain English and show a team what actually works in practice. And because I use it every day across my own businesses and client delivery, the training stays current as the tools change.

My hands-on delivery is rooted in marketing, so that’s where the deepest, most specific examples come from. The training fundamentals themselves apply to any team, and I’m honest about the line between the two.
